Brain-Tumor-Segmentation-Classification
Trained CNN for segmentation of brain tumor from CT scan. Correlations with patient history and times-series predictions were also performed to study the efficacy of different treatment options.
Note: Project implemented as a part of SAP Fellowship. Dataset & weights cannot be made public.
